Smokies Rally to Eke Out Win
The Tennessee Smokies wiggled past the Biloxi Shuckers, 4-3, at Smokies Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Tennessee pitcher Ryan Jensen. Tennessee pitcher Albert Peck got the win. He's now 2-3. Chris Machammer was tagged with the loss. Tennessee is now 32-22, 2½ games up in the North.

The Smokies procured the win, in large part because of first baseman Jared Triolo. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"There's no quit in this team," said Smokies manager Paul Maholm.
