Frisco catcher Dave Portnoy had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Tulsa Drillers, 7-4. Quirino Forjaz earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 3 innings. He upped his record to 4-2. Frisco now has a record of 67-37 with the win.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth when Portnoy, who is tied for 3rd in the TEX in extra base hits with 34, hit a run-scoring double. It propelled the RoughRiders into the lead, 2-1.
