Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter was the site for California League action featuring the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and Lake Elsinore Storm.

Getting offensive support from Tommy Hawke, the Lake Elsinore Storm topped the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, 6-3. Hawke went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Storm. Skylar Cooper earned the win to go to 1-0.
