The Wilmington Blue Rocks trumped the Salem Red Sox, 7-3, at Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium. Wilmington designated hitter Sam O'Reilly was terrific. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Wilmington starter Steven Hajjar was credited with the win after throwing 93 pitches over 6 innings.
