Right-hander Hunter Ruth mesmerized the Florida Fire Frogs while leading the Lakeland Flying Tigers to a 5-0 victory. The winning streak has now reached 7 games for Lakeland.

Ruth's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 10 strikeouts in 7.1 innings while allowing 2 hits. Ruth, who is tied for 7th in the FLO with a 9.1 K/9 rate, goes to 5-5 on the year with 59 strikeouts.
