Cooper Skunks Giants Sunday, May 8th , 2022 In a very sharp performance at Oracle Park, Craig Cooper of the St. Louis Cardinals blanked the San Francisco Giants, 6-0. He permitted 5 hits and finished with 10 strikeouts and 1 walk in the Cardinals victory. "Craig goes out there and just goes about his business," Cardinals manager Dave Magadan said in his postgame press conference. "I don't think he gets too concerned about what's going on. No matter the pitch, you know he's going to be where he needs to be." This season Cooper has fanned 43 in 46.2 innings and collected a 4-3 record with a 2.51 ERA.
