White Sox, Astros Swap Players Saturday, July 2nd , 2022 It is being reported in Houston that the Astros and the Chicago White Sox have agreed on a trade. According to anonymous sources 26-year old minor league RHP Sandy Alcantara, 23-year old minor league LHP D.L. Hall, 24-year old minor league RHP George Kirby, 22-year old minor league RF Heliot Ramos, and 20-year old minor league 3B Jordan Walker will be dealt to the White Sox in return for 28-year old LHP Bill Black, 23-year old minor league RHP Emerson Hancock, 22-year old minor league CF Neil Lewis, and 19-year old minor league RHP Andrew Painter. This year Black has compiled a 5-6 record with a 5.00 ERA. For the season Alcantara has 1 save, tossed 43 innings, fanned 44 batters and produced an ERA of 5.65. He has also been credited with no wins and 2 losses. |
