Diamondbacks-Giants Deal: Feole for Wieters Tuesday, August 2nd , 2022 The Diamondbacks and Giants pulled the trigger on a deal that will see 23-year old minor league LHP Mason Feole head to San Francisco in exchange for 36-year old C Matt Wieters. A source close to Arizona officials said, "The teams spent long hours coming to the agreement and in the end, both agreed the deal should help both clubs." During the current season Wieters is batting at a .163 clip with 3 home runs and 23 RBIs. He has played in 78 games and scored 16 times. |
