Arizona, Miami Agree to Trade Tuesday, August 2nd , 2022 It is being reported in Miami that the Marlins and the Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed on a trade. According to anonymous sources 28-year old RHP Lance McCullers and 18-year old minor league RHP Victor Lizarraga will be dealt to the Diamondbacks in return for 25-year old minor league LF Yusneil Diaz, 22-year old minor league RHP Triston Casas, 24-year old minor league RHP Kevin Gowdy, 23-year old minor league RHP Reed Jones, and 22-year old minor league RHP Matthew Danielson. Season-to-date McCullers has rung up 5 wins and 5 losses in 24 appearances. He has an ERA of 3.71 and has fanned 107 batters in 121.1 innings. |
