Minnesota-Oakland Trade: Reyes for Rosario Thursday, November 5th, 2020 The Minnesota Twins have finalized a deal with the Oakland Athletics for the services of 28-year-old 3B Jose Rosario, 24-year-old minor league LF Nick Plummer and 22-year-old minor league SS Greg Jones. In exchange, the Athletics will receive 25-year-old RF Franmil Reyes and 22-year-old minor league RHP Grant Gambrell. Reyes has hit for a .201 career average and totaled 78 hits, 18 home runs and 55 RBIs. Rosario's all-time stats include: 413 hits, 72 doubles, 9 triples, 63 home runs and 212 RBIs in 461 games. He is batting .252 with 19 stolen bases and has scored 238 runs. |
