Jed McKinley Out 6 Weeks Sunday, April 11th, 2021 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Rockies when after today's game against the Giants, the club found out they would be without the services of Jed McKinley for at least 6 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." McKinley was injured earlier today running the bases and suffered a strained lat. This season in 8 games, McKinley has hit at a .452 clip with 14 hits, 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
