Abe Hits in 31 Straight Games Friday, June 18th, 2021 Hideaki Abe of the Colorado Rockies has now hit safely in 31 straight games. He socked 2 hits in today's 3-2 triumph over Milwaukee at Coors Field. "31 games is a big chunk of the year, isn't it?" Abe said to reporters. "It's hard to wrap your head around." Hideaki Abe singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. This year Abe is batting .350 with 10 home runs and 39 RBIs. |
