Seattle Takes Divisional Series Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 The Seattle Mariners will continue their playoff march, after a 3-1 Divisional Series victory over the Houston Astros. The series wrapped up at Minute Maid Park with a 9-5 win, propelling Seattle to the League Championship Series. Series MVP Evan Longoria called it a "total team effort" by his club. The Seattle Mariners don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Toronto Blue Jays - Minnesota Twins series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
