Atlanta Moves on to World Series Friday, October 22nd, 2021 Fans at SunTrust Park saw the League Championship Series come to a close today, as the Atlanta Braves defeated the Milwaukee Brewers by a score of 3-0, and advanced to the World Series. Atlanta won the series 4-2 and will now continue their march toward the World Series. "It feels good to be moving on, I can't deny it," said center fielder Mike Ogden, who was named series MVP. "Not everyone thought we'd make it this far." The Atlanta Braves don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Seattle Mariners - Toronto Blue Jays series.
