Setback for Indianapolis and Sergio Pagán
Saturday, June 3rd , 2023
The Indianapolis Indians plan to take it slow with left fielder Sergio Pagán, knowing that his recovery from a shoulder subluxation would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Sergio has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about 4 days before he can be activated."
So far this season Pagán is batting .292 with 2 home runs, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored. He has 28 hits in 96 at-bats, 8 walks and a .346 OBP. Pagán has played in 23 games.
