Poliziano and Owens Suspended for Free-for-All Sunday, May 1st , 2022 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Louisville-Indianapolis contest at Louisville Slugger Stadium. The Bats Bartolomeo Poliziano and the Indians Richard Owens will have to sit out 4 and 2 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Poliziano is batting .294 with 2 home runs and 8 RBIs this season. On the year Owens has 1 save in 5 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 7.11 ERA. |
