Wallace on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, June 22nd, 2020 At the age of 28, Floyd Wallace might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Scranton WB left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .476 batting average. For his efforts Wallace collected the International League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 4 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 6 games. This season Wallace is batting .278 with 47 RBIs, 35 runs scored and 14 home runs. |
