The Toledo Mud Hens reliever learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 08/08/2020 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a damaged elbow ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 12 months. The team will likely place De La Rosa on the injured list today. To this point in the season De La Rosa has no saves in 26 relief appearances with a 3-0 record and 5.02 ERA. |
