No Late-Season Magic Coming: Louisville Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 6th , 2022 Members of the Louisville Bats sat in stunned silence in their clubhouse, adjusting to the knowledge that they had lost their chance for a playoff berth this year. "We really thought we had the team to get into the playoffs," said reliever Antoine Kelly. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2020.In total, the Bats have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 11-year history. |
