IL Presents Outstanding Pitcher Trophy Sunday, October 2nd , 2022 The spotlight today is on John Doxakis of the Toledo Mud Hens. The bullpen ace was named the top pitcher in the International League and he will be honored with the 2022 Pitcher of the Year Award.
