Kissock Wins Award for IL Dominance

At the young age of only 23, Christian Kissock has been named the International League Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2021.

The future appears bright for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs relief ace, who captured the award with 33 saves in 46 relief appearances, 44 strikeouts in 44.2 innings and a record of 3-1 to go with his 0.60 ERA.

He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 14. Harry Richardson of the Gwinnett Stripers finished second in voting, while Gerald Goodwin of the Durham Bulls finished third with 4 first place votes.
