Hill Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Friday, July 29th , 2022 The hitting streak for Iowa left fielder Tyler Hill now stands at 20 games, but the Cubs dropped today's contest 11-1 to the Albuquerque Isotopes. Hill went 1-for-3 in the game. "Things went well for me personally today," he said later. "I got 1 hit and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Tyler Hill flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, walked in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. So far this season Hill has 9 home runs and a .386 batting average. |
