Chiang Honored by Pacific Conference Monday, June 14th, 2021 At the age of 33, Chih-Hsien Chiang might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Albuquerque left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .450 batting average. For his efforts Chiang collected the Pacific Conference Player of the Week Award. He racked up 9 hits in 20 at-bats, 2 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 7 games. Chiang is hitting .323 for the season with 4 home runs, 27 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has 40 hits in 124 at-bats and played in 36 games. |
