Justin Ellis's consecutive-game hitting streak has now climbed to 20 games. The Fresno third baseman smacked 1 hit against the Las Vegas Aviators in today's game at Chukchansi Park, but he expressed mixed emotions about the streak after watching the Grizzlies drop the game, 4-3.

"I feel good about the streak, but don't feel good when we lose," he told reporters. "I'd love to get a hit as well as a win next time so I can celebrate properly."
Justin Ellis grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.

In 93 games this season Ellis has batted at a .294 pace with 115 hits and 17 home runs.
