No Comeback This Season for McGuire Saturday, June 20th, 2020 In a news release, the Erie SeaWolves announced that starting pitcher John McGuire would miss the rest of the season due to a torn rotator cuff. McGuire sustained the injury on 06/17/2020. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. Up to now McGuire has compiled an ERA of 4.70 with a 5-3 mark over 14 starts. He has 54 strikeouts in 69 innings and has held opponents to a .247 batting average. |
