Raśl Bello Rockets 3 Home Runs Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 It was a terrific day today for Raśl Bello, who ripped three home runs at Canal Park, and a disappointing one for the Akron RubberDucks who nevertheless dropped the game to the Erie SeaWolves. "He was instant offense today," Akron skipper Carlos Beltran said. "Raśl really put on a show. He more than did his part. We just didn't come through with hits at the right time to win the game." For the day, Bello collected 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 6 RBIs. In the postgame press conference he told the reporters he has always liked to hit at Canal Park. "I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he said. Raśl Bello flied out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Adam Kloffenstein in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Adam Kloffenstein in the 5th, walked in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Robbie Hull in the 9th. This season Bello is batting .273 with 57 hits, 10 home runs, 41 RBIs, .335 OBP and has scored 33 runs. |
