Season-Ending Injury for Zimmerman Friday, July 29th , 2022 In a news release, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos announced that starting pitcher Kevin Zimmerman would miss the rest of the season due to a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Zimmerman sustained the injury on 07/25/2022. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. This year Zimmerman has a 2-2 record and a 1.98 ERA. |
