Week's Best Player: Montgomery's Brasch Monday, June 12th , 2023 So far in his young career, Spencer Brasch has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Southern League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Montgomery Biscuits first baseman hit at a torrid .526 clip as he collected 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Thus far this year Brasch has hit .273 with 4 home runs and 22 RBIs. |
