Howard Befuddles Chattanooga Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville played host to a command performance by Michael Howard of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. In shutting out Chattanooga 4-0, Howard limited the Lookouts to 5 hits. The 25-year-old hurler also fanned 4 and walked 2 in capturing the victory.
