Travelers Cruise to Championship with Sweep Thursday, September 15th , 2022 The Northwest Arkansas Naturals were simply overmatched by the Arkansas Travelers in the Round 1. The end result was a sweep, as Arkansas has cruised to the Championship, with the final win coming at Arvest Ballpark by a score of 11-1. "We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Austin Barnes, who was named MVP of the Round 1. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this." For the series, Barnes hit .500 with a .538 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Arkansas Travelers don't know who they will face in the next round.
