Injury Derails Season for Rivers Thursday, June 11th, 2020 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Brevard County Manatees: left fielder Gary Rivers is out for the year. Rivers suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament on 06/07/2020. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. A look at his season totals shows Rivers with 1 home run, .235 BA, .310 OBP, 6 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
