Short Picks up FLO Monthly Pitching Honor Wednesday, June 1st , 2022 Avery Short will be bringing May's Florida State League Pitcher of the Month trophy home to Bradenton. He excelled all month long as he kept opposing hitters guessing, reaching and hoping. Short started 6 games, going 5-0 with 27 strikeouts in 38.2 innings as he compiled his 1.16 ERA. In 10 starts this season Short has chalked up a 6-2 record and a 2.95 ERA. |
