MID Announces Player of the Week Monday, August 14th , 2023 Midwest League batters really got burned by Stephen Pikiell this past week. The West Michigan Whitecaps pitcher sizzled on the hill with 2 wins and no losses and an ERA of 0.64 to claim the Player of the Week Award. In 14 innings Pikiell struck out 10 and walked 4, as he held opposing hitters to a .130 average. In 23 starts this season Pikiell has notched a 12-5 record and a 3.52 ERA. |
