APP Premier Player Picked Monday, August 21st , 2023 Sal Stewart of the Danville Braves had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Appalachian League. The 19-year-old third baseman put up a .500 average with a .556 on-base percentage, racking up 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. For the year Stewart is batting .305 with 6 home runs, 22 RBIs and 20 runs scored. |
