Week's Best Player: Pulaski's Hagen Monday, September 18th , 2023 So far in his young career, Cody Hagen has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Appalachian League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Pulaski Yankees center fielder hit at a torrid .406 clip as he collected 13 hits in 32 at-bats, 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Hagen is presently batting .293 with 5 home runs, 29 runs scored and 24 RBIs. His OBP is .346. |
