GCL Starter of the Month Goes to Greene Friday, September 1st , 2023 The Gulf Coast League announced today that Garrett Greene has been chosen the league's Pitcher of the Month. The Jupiter (STL) starter had everything working for him last month as he glided to a 4-0 record. In August Greene chalked up a 0.56 ERA in 32.1 innings with 33 strikeouts and 11 walks. In 8 starts this year Greene has posted 5 wins while suffering no losses. He has pitched 50.1 innings, allowed 24 hits, struck out 50 and has a 1.25 ERA. |
