High Desert's Lu-shan Zhào Named Top A Manager Sunday, February 25th , 2052 A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Lu-shan Zhào, he seems to have taken the High Desert Mavericks to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the A Division for leading the team to a very rewarding season. "Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way." Zhào led High Desert to a first place finish in the A Division. The Mavericks ended up with a 31-11 record. |
