Fenimore Hits 3 Homers Against Lexington

Every now and then, everything just comes together.
Matt Fenimore discovered that today at Ashford University Field, as he smashed three home runs during the 8-5 Clinton LumberKings win over the Lexington Legends.
"I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Clinton catcher said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it."
Fenimore finished the day with 3 hits in 4 at-bats and 5 RBIs.
Matt Fenimore hit a solo-shot off Brian Straub in the 2nd, struck out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Brian Straub in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Ian Current in the 9th.
This season Fenimore is hitting at a .233 pace with 15 home runs, 36 RBIs and has scored 34 times.
