Players Suspended in Tigers-Athletics Donnybrook Monday, January 13th , 2053 Jose Bregaro of Detroit (WIN) and Joey Patrick of Oakland (WIN) were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Bregaro will have to miss 3 games for his part in the brawl, while Patrick was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. For the year, Bregaro has hit .295 with 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 26 runs. Looking at his season stats to date, Patrick has 1 save in 13 relief appearances with a 0-3 record and 7.04 ERA. |
