ORI Announces Best Batter Award Sunday, October 1st , 2051 Jacob Wood mauled enemy pitching all month long as he cruised to the Division 1 Batter of the Month title. Wood batted .321 with 6 home runs, 19 RBIs and 13 runs scored in a September performance that has Oregon State University fans eagerly awaiting what he can do in October. So far this season Wood is hitting .275 with 6 home runs, 22 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 36 hits in 131 at-bats and a .385 OBP. |
