Buelvas Shows Off, Hits for Cycle
Brayan Buelvas showed off his speed, his power and his plate discipline at NBT Bank Stadium, putting together all facets of his game to hit for the cycle in the Syracuse win.

The 29-year-old left fielder went 4-for-6, collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to help the Mets top the Omaha Storm Chasers by a score of 6-5. A jubilant Buelvas told reporters afterward that the experience was "unimaginable."

"Seriously, I would have been happy going 1-for-6 with just the double," he said. "So this feels incredible."

For the day, Buelvas finished with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored to go with his 4 hits.

Brayan Buelvas grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off T.J. Tolbert in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, doubled in the 9th, flied out in the 10th and walked in the 13th.
