GEL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 15th, 2080 The votes have been cast and counted and the winner of the Great Explorers League Player of the Week has been chosen. It was presented earlier today to Richard Bowman for his red-hot week of hitting. The California third baseman took home the trophy by splurging with 9 hits in 16 at-bats for a .563 batting average, driving in 6 runs and scoring 4 times. A look at his season totals shows Bowman with 23 home runs, .268 BA, .315 OBP, 54 RBIs and 39 runs scored. |
