Minnesota Win League Championships Sunday, October 31st, 2083 The Minnesota Wolves are bound for the National Cup Series. A 3-2 win over the Kansas Storm at New Storm Field ended the League Championships, 4-1. "We're not trying to get ahead of ourselves, but it's hard not to get pumped up and excited and think about how this season could end," said Juan Trillo. "This could be the biggest celebration Minnesota has ever seen if we can win the National Cup Series." The state of the National Pastime Baseball League championship remains in doubt, but the Wolves certainly appear to be strong contenders. Trillo was named MVP of the League Championships after he posted a .450 batting average, while adding 2 home runs, driving in 4 RBI and scoring 4 runs.
