Spinners on to SWHWL Championship
The dream of raising a championship banner in San Jose took a big step forward today. The San Jose Spinners have won the SWHWL Conference Championship, eliminating the Willemstad Heroes to advance to the SWHWL Championship.

San Jose won the final game 10-1 and the series 3-1.

Steve Goldstein was named series MVP for a huge performance. He hit .533 with a .579 on-base percentage. He drove in 4 RBI, had 1 home runs and scored 5 runs.

The San Jose Spinners don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Bogota Thunder Dogs - Cayenne Revolution series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The SWHWL Championship schedule will be announced after the SWHWL Conference Championship finishes.
