Quito On Top of South American Conference Western Division Sunday, January 20th , 2030 Fans of the Quito Badlanders can breathe a sigh of relief - the South American Conference Western Division is now clinched. The postseason race came down to the final days of the season, but in the end Quito has outlasted division rivals to claim the top spot, for the 3rd time in franchise history. "We want to bring the 1st SWHWL Championship to Quito. For our fans, our players, our coaches, our city, that's what it's all about," said an excited Steve Trippe. The second baseman went on to say that no matter who his team is up against, he considers them favorites. "I like our chances," he said. "We've got a lot of confidence right now." |
