Cayenne Takes SWHWL Wildcard in Deciding Game Thursday, January 25th , 2029 The fans in Cayenne are delirious, while there is little joy to be found in Rio De Janiero. The Cayenne Revolution finished off the Rio De Janiero Imperials 6-2 in the deciding game of the SWHWL Wildcard played at Revolution Ballpark. They took the series 2-1 and will now head to the SWHWL Division Series. For his standout play, Cayenne first baseman Sean Wortman was voted the series' Most Valuable Player. He batted .615, drove in 4 runs and scored 4 to lead his club to victory. "We could never really figure out how to pitch to Wortman and that doomed us," said Imperials manager . "Hats off to Cayenne, though. That was a great series." The Cayenne Revolution will play against the La Paz Mavericks in the next round. La Paz had a bye in the SWHWL Wildcard.
