AL Hands Out Rookie of the Year Award Monday, November 13th , 2023 All the votes are in for the American League Rookie of the Year Award. The honor for 2023 has been presented to Heston Kjerstad, right fielder for the Orioles. He fashioned a .288 batting average, piling up 168 hits in 584 at-bats, 50 home runs, 47 walks, 123 RBIs and a .347 OBP. Julio Rodriguez of the Seattle Mariners finished second in voting, while Tony Rivera of the Washington Nationals finished third. |
