Cubs Pay $8,000,000 Per Season for 1B Vogelbach Saturday, January 27th , 2024 In a move expected to bring depth to the Cubs, Chicago brass announced the signing today of first baseman Daniel Vogelbach. Vogelbach will be pocketing $8,000,000 per season, an amount some BNN analysts think might be too high. In his career Vogelbach has played in 552 games, totaling 301 hits, 54 doubles, no triples and 75 homers. He has hit .220 with 209 RBIs and scored 211 times. |
