Worcester-Nashville Free-for-All Gets 4-Game Suspensions Friday, September 20th , 2030 Yesterday at Polar Park Alika Williams and Jimmy Newman lost their tempers and now they will have a few days off to cool down. The league office has suspended Worcester's Alika Williams and Nashville's Jimmy Newman for 4 games for fighting. The suspensions are scheduled to go into effect today. A look at his current stats shows Williams with a .241 average, 4 home runs, 29 RBIs and 46 runs scored. He has played in 112 games. For the year, Newman has collected no saves in 18 relief appearances. He has also rung up 14 strikeouts and 13 walks in 20.2 innings while registering a 4.79 ERA and a 0-1 won-lost mark. |
