Baker Wins A+ E Player of the Week Honors Monday, July 15th , 2030 This week's top performer in the High-A East was second baseman Mike Baker of the Schenectady Farmhands. He pounded out a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Baker connected for 12 hits in 24 at-bats and 2 home runs, drove in 8 runs and scored 5 times. For the season Baker has produced 75 hits in 276 at-bats for a .272 average with 8 home runs and gotten on base at a .410 clip. |
